This manual is published in terms of section 51 of the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The signed manual below is the authoritative document; this page is a guide to it.
1Purpose of this manual
PAIA gives effect to the constitutional right of access to information held by the State and by private bodies where that information is required for the exercise or protection of any right. This manual describes the records held by Khula Recovery Solutions (Pty) Ltd, those available without a formal request, and the procedure for requesting the rest.
2Information Officer
Requests are directed to the Information Officer at 293 Kent Avenue, Ferndale, Randburg, 2194, by email to info@khularecoverysolutions.co.za, or by telephone on +27 11 329 8518 during business hours (Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 SAST).
3Requesting access
A request must be made on the prescribed form, must identify the record sought and the right the requester seeks to exercise or protect, and must state the form of access required. The prescribed fees, the grounds on which access may be refused, and the remedies available where a request is refused are set out in full in the manual.
